Function

Function A function is a relation between a set of inputs and a set of permissible outputs with the property that each input is related to exactly one output. Representation - Cartesian  product  of 2 sets is mapping every element to every element of other set. It is generally represented as X A={"a","b"}, B={"y","z"} then A X B= {("a","y"),("a","z"),(b,y),(b,z)} Relation: A Relation R from a non-empty set A to a non empty set B is a subset of cartesian product A X B. n(A)= number of element in set A. n(B)= number of element in set B. Let 's say n(A)=p, n(B)=q n(A X B)=pq then no of relations possible from A to B is 2^pq A relation f from a set A to a set B is said to function if every element of set A has one and only one image in set B. Relation: A function f is X to Y then f: X->Y X is called domain set, Y is called range function. Functions are generally represented as  f ( x ) L...

Install Virtual Environment

VIRTUAL ENV Virtualenv is a tool to create an isolated Python environment. In this post, we will learn how to setup virtualenv on ubuntu. Prerequisite pip Install Virtualenv If you have pip3  sudo pip3 install virtualenv if you have pip sudo pip install virtualenv Create a Virtualenv virtualenv venv venv is a directory in which virtual environment will be created. Working with Virtualenv source venv/bin/activate Please write comments if you find anything incorrect, or you want to share more information about the topic discussed above.

Equations

In general we frame real life problems into some mathematical formula called equations in which we use constant and some variables(unknown) Example: Ram is 12 years old.Ram 's age is 3/5 of Shyam's age what is Shyam's age. Let Shyam's age is x then 3/5 of sham's age is 3*x/5 x*3/5=12 x=60/3=20 so Shyam's age is 20. Linear equations When there is a linear combination of unknown variables is there then eqn is linear Example: 3x+ 2y+ 4z=9 Non Linear Equations: Equations in which non linear combination of the variable is there then eqn is non linear. When any 2 unknown variable multiplication present in the equation then it is the nonlinear equation. Example: 2x+5yz=98 is a nonlinear equation because yz multiplication is there: Quadratic equation in one variable: x^2 + 4*x + 2=0 is non linear because unknown variable x is being multiplied in term x^2 Quadratic equation in many variable: x^2 + y^2 +z^2 + w=0 cubic equati...

Pointer In C Programming Language

Pointer In C Programming Language In this post, We will learn about pointer in C programming language. Introduction Pointers in C programming language is a variable that stores the memory address of another variable. A pointer in C is used to allocate memory dynamically i.e. at runtime. The pointer variable might be belonging to any of the data types such as int, float, char, double, short etc. Important Points About Pointer in C: Pointer stores the address of a variable whereas a normal variable stores the value.   The content of the C pointer always be a whole number i.e. address. Default C pointer is initialized to null, i.e. int *p = null. The value of the null pointer is 0. & symbol is used to get the address of the variable. * symbol is used to get the value of the variable that the pointer is pointing to. If a pointer in C is assigned to NULL, it means it is pointing to nothing. Two pointers can be subtracted to know how many elements are available...
