Present Continuous Tense for Singular Subject
Positive Sentence: Subject + is + verb 1st Form + ing + ObjectHe is painting wall
It is hanging on wall

Note: You can use Present Continuous Tense in following situation too.
- Giving order or requesting something
- Shit Down
- If event is going to happen in near future
