Present Continuous Tense

Present Continuous Tense  used to describe immediate events taking place in the current moment.

Present Continuous Tense  for Plural Subject

Positive Sentence: Subject am/are + verb 1st Form + ing  + Object
I am applying for a job
we are staying here
you are suffering from fiver

Present Continuous Tense for Singular Subject

Positive Sentence: Subject + is + verb 1st Form + ing + Object
He is painting wall
It is hanging on wall
Ravi is washing his cloth

Note: You can use Present Continuous Tense  in following situation too.
  • Giving order or requesting something
    • Shit Down
  • If event is going to happen in near future
