Past Perfect Tense
Past Perfect Tense indicates that an action was completed (finished or "perfected") at some point in the past before something else happened i.e. first action before 2nd happen or past in the past.
You had repaired many cars before you got your licence
The train had left before I reached station
I went there because they had invited me.
She had not mention her name
Had Arpita cooked food?
Hadn't it sharpened well?
