Past Perfect Continuous talked about the action started in past and keep on going till a particular time in past.

Positive Sentence: Subject + had been + object
I had been working on the since 1998
They had been searching me for five day
Negative Sentence: Subject + had not been + object
She had not been decorative the house whole evening
Interrogative Sentence: Had + Subject + been + object + ?
Had you been preparing your speech for 3 days?
Interrogative Negative Sentence: Had + Subject + not been + object + ?
Had it not been ringing for hour?
